Frequently asked questions

  • How do I add a property?
    Open the Dashboard tab and tap “Add property”. Give it a name and (optionally) an address, then save.
  • How do I add or edit meters?
    From the Dashboard, open your property and use the meter section to add or adjust cold and hot water meters.
  • How do I update meter readings?
    Go to the Readings tab and enter the current index for each meter at the end of the month or whenever you receive the reading request.
  • Can I see my monthly consumption?
    Yes. The Dashboard shows a monthly summary for cold and hot water, and the History/Insights tab shows past months.

Privacy & data

Your readings are stored on your device, and can be synced securely via iCloud if you enable it in the app settings.
